The Maleny Hills Motel is a small family owned and operated Country Motel on the Blackall Range near Maleny. We pride ourselves in providing comfortable, clean, well appointed rooms in a friendly family atmosphere and at a budget price, and our rooms are especially suited to longer stays.

1. Minimum stay on Weekends and public holidays.
In order to keep our rates affordable, our policy is a booking of two nights on weekends and public holidays.

2. Bookings and deposits.
Tentative bookings can be made in person, by phone and via e-mail. However before we can confirm your booking we require a deposit equal to the first nights accommodation to be held as security and to guarantee your booking. It is non refundable.
Deposits can be made by credit card, or direct deposit. Please inquire when booking.

3. Cancellation policy
(a) Deposits are non-refundable.
(b) Booking dates can be transferred to a later date (up to 3 months) providing enough time has been given to re-sell the original booking dates.

4. Smoking.
All our rooms are non smoking. Smoking is a health hazard and is not permitted in the rooms.
Smoking is however permitted on the court yards and outside provided it does not inconvenience other guests, and ash trays are provided.

5. Pets.
For health and hygiene reasons, pets are not permitted in the rooms.

6. Courtesy to other guests.
This is a quiet neighbourhood. Please avoid undue noise, use of the dryers, or loud television after 10pm.
