Cancellation and Refund Policy

A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. The remaining balance is due on check-in.

We are a small Motel and guests are turned away because a room has been booked and guaranteed for a specific person for a specific amount of time thereby saying "no" to other reservations.

Reservations are made sometimes over 12 months in advance for a specific occasion, and if cancelled, are not always re-taken as guests have sourced out other accommodation arrangements well in advance (particularly for wedding functions).

Reservations are not transferable - meaning the person booked cannot leave and other guests come in for part of the stay, a full housekeeping is required between different guests (Caloundra City Council Law No.6).

Booking dates can be transferred to another date (up to 3 months).

For a NO SHOW the full amount of the reservation is charged.

If cancelling , notice must be given a minimum of 7 days prior to booking date. Charges apply: $40 admin.

Please note our cancellation Policy is: - you can re-use the booking at another time, within a three month period.

There is one parking space for each unit.

Parties are not acceptable in this motel. There is a noise policy in place with curfew at 10pm.
