Bookings and Cancellations

1. Bookings and deposits

Tentative bookings can be made in person, by phone and via e-mail. However before we can confirm your booking we require a deposit equal to the first nights accommodation to be held as security and to guarantee your booking. Deposits can be made by credit card, cheque, money order, or direct deposit. Please inquire when booking.

A 50% deposit is required for extended stays.

2. Cancellation policy

(a) Deposits are non-refundable.
(b) Booking dates can be transferred to a later date (up to 3 months) providing enough time has been given to pass on the original booking dates.

We are a small Motel and guests are turned away because a room has been booked and guaranteed for a specific person thereby saying 'no' to other bookings. Reservations are made sometimes up to 12 months in advance for a specific occasion, and if cancelled, are not always passed on as guests have sourced out other accommodation arrangements in advance. Our cancellation Policy is that you can re-use the booking at a later time, within a three month period. If canceling just prior to arrival date (48 hours) you will be charged.

3. Smoking

All our rooms are non smoking. Smoking is a health hazard and is not permitted in the rooms. Smoking is however permitted in the court yards and outside provided it does not inconvenience other guests.

4. Pets

For health and hygiene reasons, pets are not permitted in the rooms.

5. Courtesy to other guests

This is a quiet neighbourhood, please avoid undue noise.
