A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. The remaining balance is due on check-in.
We are a small Motel and guests are turned away because a room has been booked and guaranteed for a specific person for a specific amount of time thereby saying “no” to other reservations.
Reservations are made sometimes over 12 months in advance for a specific occasion, and if cancelled, are not always re-taken as guests have sourced out other accommodation arrangements well in advance (particularly for wedding functions).
Reservations are not transferable – meaning the person booked cannot leave and other guests come in for part of the stay, a full housekeeping is required between different guests (Caloundra City Council Law No.6).
Booking dates can be transferred to another date (up to 3 months).
For a NO SHOW the full amount of the reservation is charged.
When cancelling a booking notice must be given a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival date. An administration charge of $50 will apply to each room reserved. For cancellation within the 7 DAY PERIOD, deposits are non refundable. For cancellations 48 HOURS prior to arrival time the full amount of the complete stay is charged.
There is one parking space for each unit.
Parties are not acceptable in this motel. There is a noise policy in place with curfew at 10pm.
